At Navoria, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

Exchange & Store Credit We offer exchanges or store credit in place of cash refunds. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
