- Orders are typically delivered within 1~2 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or repeated unavailability, we may cancel the order.
- Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and report any visible damage to us as soon as possible.
